At Posh Beauty and Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring that you leave satisfied. If you encounter any issues with your treatment, we offer a 7-day guarantee for FREE reworks under specific conditions.
Our Guarantee:
- If you experience a problem with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
- You must provide a clear photo of the issue and a receipt of your appointment to help us assess the situation and offer a solution.
Rework Process:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to Viktoria via WhatsApp at 07533509890 within 7 days of your treatment to report any issues.
2. Submit a Photo and Receipt: Send a photo of the problem along with a copy of your receipt from the original appointment.
3. Assessment: Once we’ve received your photo and receipt, we will assess the issue and discuss potential solutions with you.
4. Available Slot: We will do our best to find an available slot for your rework within Monday to Wednesday, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Important Information Regarding Reworks:
- After assessment, if we find that the issue occurred due to improper aftercare or misuse of nails and hands, we may not be able to offer a free rework.
- If the issue is determined to be related to our service or factors outside of your control, we will offer a FREE rework or solution at no additional charge.

refund
To receive a refund, you must schedule a visit in person and provide a photo of the issue. Refunds will not be issued for nails modified by another technician or forcibly removed. We offer a 7-day guarantee and free reworks, but if you request a refund after this period, we will follow a strict policy to assess the issue and determine how to resolve it. Your feedback is important to us and we will work to address any concerns promptly. Thank you for your understanding.
